    • Interview with Aurelien

      AQLE Newsletter:Aurelien, introduce yourself in a few words

      Aurélien:I am 27 years old, father of a little girl and a mechanical engineer by training. I studied at the Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers de Paris (ENSAM).

      Then I worked for 2 years as an automotive test engineer and joined AQLE 8 months ago.

      AQLE Newsletter: Why did you choose to join AQLE?

      Aurélien: I was looking for a new professional challenge. I submitted my CV on the "MECAMETA" website; the AQLE managers offered me an interview during which they presented me AQLE and its functioning.

      This is what I was looking for.

      What was proposed to me was to meet functions that AQLE wanted to cover while taking into account my expectations and my way of working (code, style, autonomy ...)

      Their recruitment approach and their way of piloting decided me to join them in March 2017.

      AQLE Newsletter: What did you like about the business manager position?

      Aurélien:I wanted to discover the relational part with the customer while keeping a strong link with the technical world: operator, technician, ...

      The position of business manager does not stop only at the commercial activity, you have to be versatile, listening to the customer, be the guarantor of a schedule and be able to manage several projects simultaneously.

      It is this approach where there is no routine and you have to always be on the move that motivates me and contributes to the development of my skills.

      AQLE Newsletter: How are you doing since you arrived?

      Aurélien: These last 8 months have allowed me to realize the need to take height and be very rigorous in monitoring my business.

      My 1rst success resulted in the award of a new client after 4 months.

      Today the satisfaction expressed by the client is confirmed by new business assigned to AQLE.

      AQLE Newsletter: To conclude, what would you like to add?

      Aurélien: AQLE is a company with real work values shared by all.

      It is a modern company that listens to its customers and the market, and gives itself the means to develop its teams and production tools.

      I don't know what tomorrow will be made of, but I'm sure that at AQLE everyone is sensitive to preserve the company's atmosphere with a strong motivation to each new challenge.
