From the receipt of components to the final stages, through each of the manufacturing steps, the testing and control phases mark out the entire production process. They constitute an objective data of the global quality of the rendered service, as well as a guarantee for the control of the customer planning.

Within each division, each operator ensures their own self-checking procedures, as these are predefined for any operating phase.
Authorized controllers validate the inter-operational phases to ensure proper compliance with manufacturing rules.

At component reception, during manufacturing, at final inspection.
All checks - conformity as well as functional - are formalized on the production follow-up documents. They can be the subject of a custom design.

For the card component :

- visual inspection (Binocular / viewer)
- AOI 3D- automated optical inspection
- solder joint quality
- moving probe tester (direction, presence, value, ...)
- continuity, insulation, and dielectric tester
- X-ray 3D- internal conformance check
- Burn-in (hot and cold)

For the wired component:

- visual inspection
- continuity, insulation and dielectric tester
- 3D X-ray - non-destructive testing

>Functional testing

Test procedures are systematically established and discussed upstream of production.

For the board component:

- backplane: resistance measurements, capacitors, diode tests, bus links
- functional tests (Acceptance Test Procedure)
- specific test benches
- adjustment following specific procedures

For the wireline component:

- component testing
- insulation testing
- continuity testing
- dielectric strength testing (breakdown and insulation)
