COMMERCIAL BUSINESS MANAGER - CDI

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the mission will be to follow up and develop the loyalty of a customer portfolio under the commercial, technical and financial aspects according to the imperatives of time, cost and quality:
- Detect and analyze customer needs and propose solutions adapted to the demand
- Design and develop technical and financial solutions in specifications, preliminary projects, proposals, quotations...
- Study calls for tenders, prospect for new clients in terms of feasibility and profitability
- Monitor and analyze the activity data of the department or structure and propose areas for development.
- Write offers and contracts.
- Search for possible partners and subcontractors, select suppliers/service providers,
- Ensure the transfer of the file to the teams in charge of the production and follow the viability and the commercial profitability of the project,
Profile required:
You have a technical background (aeronautics, mechanics, electronics) and significant experience as a salesperson/business developer. You are skilled in sales negotiation and project management.
You have a strong capacity of adaptation, autonomy and real human qualities.
You share the values of the company which are Trust, Respect, Mutual Aid and Communication.
Fluent English
Contract and benefits :
Full time CDI
Salary: to be negotiated according to profile and experience + bonus on objectives + car
